RETURN POLICY

Thank you for purchasing from us. We all make mistakes, and if you need any assistance with your order, or were delivered a damaged product, or your order was of the wrong size then what you ordered, you can replace them, or we are happy to give a refund if it’s as per our norms. It is never too late to address the issue, and we will do our best to take care of you. 

We will ensure that your replacement/refund process will be just as easy as it was to buy the product. 

REPLACEMENTS AND REFUNDS

If you want to replace your order or want to ask for a refund, we are here to help you. Please note the all the refunds will be made in form of store credit only which can be used in future purchases.

Replacement or Refund will be confirmed and accepted if all the following conditions are fulfilled.

  1. If the item you ordered does not include any personalization.
  2. If you notify us via email about the issue along with photographs of the item and the reason for the replacement, within 7 days of delivery.
  3. If we received the product back in an unused condition.
  4. If you received the wrong product, or if the product was faulty or in damaged condition. 
  5. For International (Outside India) replacement courier charges will be paid by the customer
  6. All the refunds will be made in form of store credit only

HOW TO REQUEST A REPLACEMENT OR REFUND?

To initiate the request for a replacement or refund, please complete the following steps:

  1. Email us on Care@livelinen.com with the subject “Request for replacement/refund."
  2. Explain your reason for replacing the product, and please attach photographs of your received product.
  3. Submit the completed form and wait for 24-48 hours or until you receive a response from our side.
  4. Further instructions and guidance will be provided, based on your case. 

WHAT IF YOUR RECEIVED ITEM IS DEFECTIVE?

You can place your request if you received an item that was defective or was in a damaged condition – e.g. Wrong colour and size, broken stitches, faulty or open packaging, etc. In this case, you can request a full refund in form of store credit, including the shipping and delivery fee or ask for a replacement.

IS IT POSSIBLE TO REPLACE AN ITEM WHICH WAS RECEIVED AS A GIFT?

Items received as gifts can be replaced and can be exchanged for another item if the product is non-personalized. Refunds for the amount can only be made in form of store credit which can be used for future purchases.

WE DO NOT ALLOW RETURNS (International Orders Only)

Customers cannot send us back items due to high customs and shipping charges. We offer replacements for the item or refund in form of store credit if the request made qualifies our requirements.
