Shopping Credit

Due to the nature of our creations, we have a No Returns policy, but you can request a Shopping Credit if you are unhappy with the product you got. Only the product should be:

  • Unworn
  • Unwashed
  • Undamaged
  • Tags & Labels Intact
 

Store Credits will be valid for one year from the date of issuance.

Once we receive the returned package, we will issue the Shopping Credit and ensure everything is intact. You can use the credit for your future purchases from Live Linen.


Replacement

We understand that not everyone is of the same size. If somehow you are not happy with the size of your product, we will replace it with Another Size.

Because of our conscious efforts toward the environment, we believe in the zero-waste policy. We do not offer exchanges/returns and CODs for Home Linens.

As it is only human to make mistakes. You can request a refund as a Store Credit.  In case you received the product with:

  • Broken Stitches
  • Faulty or Open Packaging
  • Wrong Size or Color from what you Ordered
  • Damaged Condition
 

Replacement is only possible within 7 Days of delivery of the product. The good news is that we cover the returning shipping charges.


The Process

For the Replacement/Refund Process, we request that you send us:

  • An email with the faulty product photo explaining the reason for replacement/refund.
  • Submit the completed form for the replacement process, and within 24 hours, our Customer Support will guide you.
 
Customization

We will gladly make a customized creation for you with a few constraints:

  • You are payable an extra ₹2000 on the customized products.
  • The customized orders are final, and we cannot accept returns/replacements or alterations.
  • Our garment designs cannot be customized in terms of length and style. 
 
Order Cancellation

If you are unsure about your order, you can cancel it within 24 hours of placing it via Email at care@livelinen.com or Call +91 9166194229 (9:30 AM to 6:30 PM IST, Sundays excluded).


Notes
  • The nature of our products binds us to handle each request on a case-by-case basis. 
  • If the customer is unable to receive the package after three delivery attempts, the package will be considered refused by the recipient, and no refund will be initiated. 
  • The colours of the product may seem slightly different from the website image. We cannot guarantee the accuracy of colours.
  • We offer size exchanges only in case of a Linen Garment purchase and not for Home Linens.
  • Free-Size Garments are not eligible for any exchange/return.
  • Only one-time exchange is borne from our end. For more than one time, the shipping cost will be borne by you.
 
Made-to-Order Creations in Stock?

Made-to-order means we do not keep any creation in stock, and only the required production will be crafted once an order is placed. However, a few standard-sized products may be held in reserve under some circumstances because of returns and restocking on best-selling pieces. Under the time constraint, you can contact our customer care to confirm the stock availability.
